I tried it ONCE when it arrived on 7/5/2024. Out of the box it worked great on my 2021 Subaru Ascent SUV. you must use the taller adapter for an SUV.It sure made a lot of groaning noise which is not too reassuring, but it raised the car in about a minute or maybe a little less. I then let the car back down & it worked great. Hope it keeps up the good work.(Instructions say "of course you can also operate it with your wireless remote control" but there was no wireless remote included with the kit.)The compression tool only loosens and tightens the lug nuts, it will not unscrew them or screw them back on - you either do that by hand or with your tire iron. They seem to have though of everything, including a pair of gloves so your hands are not black when you finish handling that tire!

What a nice jack,this thing is sturdy,compact and well equipped with extras , a little heavy but heavy in this case is a good thing . It lifted my charger so easy I was really supprised and very pleased , it works a lot better if the motor in your car is running.The little impact wrench is a funny looking thing and it sounds funny but had absolutely no trouble taking the wheel nuts off Thank you Vevor

Took maybe 15 mins. To get used to it/ familiar with it BUT itReally performed well and also loved the included ElectricImpact gun , it also really performed well also . Great Product!!!!
