I bought one first time. it didn’t spray. i punched a hole still didn’t, i cut the top portion, still until it ended up like in the picture with the bottle still full!!!! and NOT Flowing Still!!! Had it. settled for betadine. (but i can’t show you the pic to send)

I squirted this up my nostril at the first little tingle of a cold.Within 10 minutes I was in so much pain I was crying, it was the worst pain I have ever felt. I was taken to the Doctors surgery, eventually I was checked over to make sure I didn`t have an aneurysm on brain. I had to go and have an MRI scan. All was fine but it left me with a very dull sensation in the head for several weeks. The neurologist in his report blamed this product. It has left me terrified of bad headaches just in case it is a bleed.

Absolutely fantastic product. Works so well in winter and during pollen. Works at the first signs of flu. You would not feel it extended 10 days flu when you us this at the first sign. Highly recommend this.

Always keep in date bottle in my cupboard. Every time I think I'm getting a cold I use it and it never ceases to amaze me! My symptoms rarely develop into full blown cold. I have found the produce in the local chemist so don't have to purchase from overseas.
This has prevented and reduced my colds for years. My partner once had a cold and I used this (4 times a day and 2 days after exposure stopped) and I never got ill despite living in close contact.It is great as a preventative measure (ie say someone at work has a cold/ your child brings one home from school) but you must use it 4 times a day and 2 days after your symptoms stop/exposure stops.I’ve also used it when a cold starts (say sore throat) and my colds are usually not heavy and last less than a week.It’s a life saver product.

Unlike medicines that help relieve bothersome cold symptoms, First defence nasal spray works at the first signs of a cold by targeting the viruses to help stop the cold in its tracks before the symptoms get worse.ABSOLUTE LIES!I've tried this stuff a couple of times. Not only has it failed to stop the cold 'in it's tracks' but it did sweet FA to lessen the symptoms once they kicked in.
I highly recommend this product. It is fast and effective in putting a stop to the first signs of cold and flu such as stuffy sinuses or scratchy throat. I Recommend that you keep a bottle for each family member in your medicine cabinet so that you can treat the first sign of cold or flu like symptoms immediately. This product is best used an hour before any food or drink is consumed to allow time for its active ingredients to treat the throat and sinus cavities to eliminate cold and flu like germs. Since using this product I have successfully avoided full blown colds and flu.
I’ve been using this when needed for I think the past 2/3 years. Anytime I get that tingle in my throat I use it straight away and it seems to work because I rarely get colds! Only thing I don’t like it once I’ve sprayed I get that horrible feeling for about 5 mins in my throat as it’s all connected but I guess that just means the spray is working! :)
This product really works IF you follow directions. It says to spray at an angle and do not inhale. When done that way it will work. If you spray upwards and inhale the product you will go into a sneezing fit! So before you spray, read the pamphlet. I’m really really happy with this product. I no longer get sick from my kids in school!!
