I ordered this because of chronic sinusitis. I was not impressed because this uses warm/not overly hot water tap water and then a little sponge with eucalyptus is dropped into the water. It isn't hot enough to steam at all.

Super easy to use and has assisted with clearing nasal congestion for my child. Is my go-to nowadays!
I haven’t used this yet thank goodness I brought it in case I do I have a largevaporiser which I use and it’s excellent so I think this will be the same
I WAS VERY UPSET WHEN I TRIED THIS LITTLE UNIT OUT, AS IT SAYS NOT TO USE BOILING WATER JUST VERY HOT TAP WATER, I TRIED IT AND GUESS WHAT IT JUST DIDN'T THROW ANY STEAM AT ALL. I TRIED IT A COUPLE OF TIMES BUT IT JUST DOESN'T WORK. NOW, IT IS SITTING ON THE SHELF IN THE BEDROOM. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE, GO WITH A BIGGER MORE EXPENSIVE ONE TO GET THE RESULTS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.
This product was not at all what I expected. It says portable steam therapy. You get no steam. All you inhale is a Vicks product that you place in hot water. You can't use boiling water or it may melt the product. Therefore you don't get steam. It did not help me at all. I would have returned it but there was a restocking fee in addition to me paying the postage. Not worth it. Very disappointed.
It was the worst thing I ever bought. It does not make steam, and there is no difference whatsoever from the product manufactured by vick. Buy Vick vaporub which is more worth it.
I love this steamer. There are no batteries to worry about and you do not need electricity to run it. Just fill it with hot tap water, put your oil pad in the water and you are all set. It works great for relieving congestion and it's easy to take with you anywhere you go. I am very happy with it. The only thing I wish it had was a carrying bag for transporting it as I'm sure the box it came in will break down after awhile and not be good for carrying it.
Doesn't create any steam.. even after pouring boiling water...Waste of money and shipping charges..Would never recommend...
