I love this product. Have used it many times over the years for my 3 kids when they have had a cold or the dreaded croup. It calms them down and helps them sleep better with less coughing through the night. I definitely makes a difference!

Great for the winter season. Keeps the room warm. A bit big for my liking and also noisy but you get use to the noise after a while. It keeps the room quite fresh with smell just don't over do it with the drops. Every newborn should have this when they arrive home cos they get quite congested after birth.

Downfall is that it's very loud and the design of the reservoir makes it extremely hard to clean the scale out and tip out the extra water. The heating element is also very hard to access to de-scale. If i had my time again I would purchase a different humidifier.

It does a good job as creating humidity in the bedroom but maintenance is a massive pain. It’s incredibly poorly designed. The top is fiddly to remove and replace, the only way to empty the water out fully is to use a cloth, the heating element is borderline impossible to get to to clean.While they’ve clearly done a good job developing the steam function of this product, they put little to no thought into how user friendly it is to maintain. I definitely would have expected better considering the price.
This was brilliant for young children and having had kids with croup the steam is excellent . Only lost a star as wasn’t strong enough vapour for my very bad cold but maybe adding more of the vicks oil would have cured that problem
I bought this machine because my son has trouble breathing at night? We can not leave the windows open because it's too cold. But having the vaporizer has helped him sleep so much better and I feel its health benefits help keep colds away. I steam for a hour before he goes to bed and when I wake in the morning you can still smell it lingering.
I’ve found it adds to much moisture to the room. I had it in my sons nursery and after one use it made the walls dripping with water. It also gets extremely filthy after each use. I don’t recommend for a small room!!
Excellent humidifier. Both baby and parents love falling asleep to the sound of it, it has a calm, consistent sound. Would be better if it came with a Vicks bottle, as I didn't realise that was sold separately.
This Vick’s Vaporizer is brilliant! It helped my children so much when they were non stop coughing during the night, once I turned it on they literally stopped coughing. I can absolutely 100% recommend it.
We bought this for our baby room. Premature baby with stuffy nose. So far it’s working really well. Noisy but it doesn’t bother our bub. Conflicting advice about adding vaposteam product but so far we haven’t needed too. We just combine with nasal spray and pipette to suck the nose out before feeding.
