The aged and seasoned Iron Wok is definitely better than regular stainless steel woks in my opinion!! Give it a try yourself!!

I was looking for a wok and saw that Victoria had a cast iron one. I wasn't sure how that was going to work for us, but it is perfect!! The best part is that it is very sturdy and balanced, so you can stir your foods without it wobbling around like other iron woks. Really appreciate the big handles too. The wok is so pretty that we use it to serve straight from stove top to table. It is on the heavy since it's iron, but it will last you a lifetime!
Fantastic, even heat once the wok reaches temperature. It came pre seasoned but I would recommend giving it an express season before use.12 months on from my purchase and the cast iron still looks brand new. The key to keeping it in pristine condition is to clean and re-season it straight after you have finished using it. Cast iron requires a bit of TLC to upkeep but will last you several life times.
Excellent wok, better with gas but does well on electric - just be patient while it heats! Heavy but still manageable. Well seasoned for easy immediate use.
Beautiful masterpiece! Keep it seasoned after using it and will last forever. Highly recommended. This is my second cast iron piece from Victoria and I love it.
The best wok I ever bought. I used it to cook everything in the past 3 weeks including stakes, deep fry, stir fry and curries of any kind and it tastes amazing. The meat is so tender.The wok is slightly heavy and thick but you can't expect the iron cast wok to be any lighter than that. It took awhile for the wok to heat up but once it's got to the right temperature. It retains heat very well. It is a good size wok. Not too big for home cooking yet big enough to cook a big batch of food
I did some research on the manufacturer of this Wok and they seemed to be well reviewed. I’d just not heard of them. I do most my cooking in cast iron due to and invection stove so I’m very familiar with different labels. This Wok is really great. It’s very heavy, well seasoned (I did more when I got it just because) cooks hot and fast. I’m impressed. The only thing I would have changed is maybe a bit larger flat base but otherwise nothing else. Totally recommend, especially at this price.
