Great! The Swiss Classic 3.25" Serrated Spear Tip Paring Knife by Victorinox is my favorite smaller knife along with my other Victorinox paring knives that I use all the time in my kitchen and as gifts to family and friends. Just love how it cuts and the quality.

Love these knives. Used them for years in the crab fishing industry and continue to buy them for household use. Much better buy when you get them here, directly from the maker, versus Amazon or other resellers (standard shipping here was free). I have some designated for steak knives and others designated for utility use (opening boxes, cutting line, etc.).
The steel on the blade is a bit thinner than I expected; but the knife serves its purpose...nice clean cuts.
I have used these paring knives for many years, more than my expensive German paring knives. They are a comfortable size for almost everything, easy to keep sharpened, but unfortunately break at the handle if one applies too much pressure (twisting, etc.). I love them, and am happy to have found this wonderful shop from which to order them. I also give them to friends as gifts.
We were given one of these knives as a gift years ago. Suddenly this fall it disappeared. After a kitchen wide search, we gave up and ordered another and the price was so reasonable and the knife is so good that we ordered several to give as gifts this Christmas. The knife has a comfortable handle, it is easy to clean and it is extremely sharp. What more could you want in a knife?
This is my favorite knife of all time. I buy multiples of it and give them to my friends and tell them they are "a cut above".
