We bought these as a replacement for some older scissors and have found them to be very strong and sharp. In particular they are very good for cutting raw meat. The design is also simple, neat and makes them easy to clean. We would highly recommend them.

These scissors are recommended by Which? - the only reason not named a Best Buy being the price. However, since I replace kitchen scissors every few years when they become blunted (and cannot be resharpened) I thought these would be a good investment.They are incredibly sharp cutting through anything with minimal effort. They are also light weight and comfortable to hold.

I don’t like to leave negative feedback but you have left me no choice since I complained about the fact that the shears are only 200mm and they are on your website at 256mm long and haven’t received an answer yet after 2 weeks. There are pictures on your site showing the length as 256mm. At £22 these are not cheap but if they are only going to be 200mm then that’s a bit pricey. Yes I know I can send them back but that’s not that easy as I’m at work all day. Very disappointed with your customer service.
The scissors were not the main purpose of our purchase. It took us over the free delivery limit but the scissors are very good and we are pleased with them. One can aways make use of a new pair.
These scissors are ideal for multi-purpose tasks. They feel reassuringly safe to use on general jobs around the home. I would advise anyone to purchase these shears.
Got these to replace my old kitchen scissors and wasn't disappointed! They're sturdy but feel light in the hand and easy to use. They're very sharp and I didn't realise how blunt my old pair had got until I tried these - they slice through everything! Hope to have them for some time.
Sharp...Sharp...Sharp ..... up to the very tip. Frequent daily use and it's always ready for the next task. And, as a bonus, while it looks substantial, it's feather light. Almost a pleasure. (John Lewis promises high standards and, certainly in my case, has kept its promise.)
Love these kitchen scissors - got them after my old pair broke. So sharp and great to use. Only took a star off as the plastic handles of the scissors feel light and cheap. Otherwise they are great!
My kitchen scissors were past their best so decided to replace them. I have been really impressed with my new ones. They feel well-balanced and so comfortable, a real pleasure to use.
