These are really useful multi purpose knives and the fact we have about 6 of them (serrated and straight edge paring, and round tip serrated) so there is always one available tells you how often they are used by all the family. At the price they are virtually disposable but they last forever. The only knives I’ll throw in the dishwasher.

I stash these in my vege garden for the convenience of not having carry a knife back and forth. They are very sharp and cut easily through stems, cords, bags etc; the bright colours are easy to spot; and the plastic handles and steel blades are lasting incredibly well considering the environment they are in.As a paring knife in the kitchen I'm not so keen, I prefer a shorter, less serrated blade and more comfortable handle. Very happy with my Wiltshire.

It is a wonderful paring knife. It fits in my hand perfectly. So many knives don’t and I have trouble using them. I have had one for years and just found the website for it and bought 4 more. I am thinking about buying more for gifts. They hold an edge and are easy to sharpen when they do get dull.
For the money, this knife can't be beat. While it's not the original intended purpose, this knife works fairly well as a utility knife; the thin blade makes it great for cutting up cardboard. It also works well as a fillet knife for smaller fish like perch and bluegill.
These are really great knives.I am not good at cutting cakes. Especially custard slice. I try to cut them, and I get a squishy mess. I tried this knife. Hey presto! It works. I can now cut fragile treats easily. I would definitely recommend these knives to anyone.
One of the best little kitchen knives I've ever had.. and I lost it and was able to buy another two exactly the same after many years.. really delighted. The short length and serrated edge make it perfect for cutting slippery food items. Many thanks
My husband actually made fun of my excitement over getting my new paring knives from Victorinox. I told him that I just received something that will make preparing every meal easier - why wouldn’t I be excited? And a week later, the thrill is not gone! These little guys are wonderful!
Great knives and amazing value! I have been using my first knife for around 25 years and use it every single day for cutting veg and meat. Despite putting through the dishwasher regularly it still remains sharp as ever.Have recently bought more to avoid constantly washing. The best steak knives ever also!
I have purchased these knives before but always at Cape Union Mart. This was my first time to purchase from Yuppiechef the same knives.They are my favourite knives for chopping and steak knives, but the ones that I purchased were super sharp and I have cut myself very badly 3 times already in my fingers and my son twice.I am a bit scared to use them now. they were also packaged with plastic sticky tape which was very difficult to remove from the serrated edges.Be aware when you purchase these knives.
