This is a quality knife. Had many other Victorinox knives having been a chef years ago so I know they're well made and will last for years and years. This serrated bread knife just cuts through freshly baked bread so easily without ripping or tearing the slices.A 'must have' utensil if you bake your own bread regularly. And of course it can be used for carving or slicing tomatoes etc.Extremely happy with my purchase.
