I ordered this item during the COVID-19 pandemic (still on-going) and expected a large delay. There was never a period of uncertainty. Communication is second to none and the 'working from home' policy is a different level as I even received an e-mail at 2330 at night MLPerformance is a fantastic company and I will not hesitate to use them again. You even get a personal message from them in the package, a nice touch. I wish them all the success and support possible during these testing times. Phenomenal.

I ordered on the Friday, and took delivery on the following Monday morning at my place of work. I had a couple of questions prior to placing the order, these were answered quickly via ML's chat facility. A couple of further questions were promplty answered via e-mail. I found the purchase very easy, with fantastic friendly communication with all the ML staff. ML carry all the performance parts for my car and as I need more parts I will definately be using ML again. Nice one Marshall and all staff!
Ordered this from ML Performance recently as there were very few people offering it. Prices widely varied, but ML were easily the cheapest at the time. Being a new company I was initially slightly wary but after getting regular updates on my order I knew there should be no issues. Easy to use site with manyparts to suit enthusiasts of various marques, and at competitive prices to boot!
Well, I just wanted to give my opinion. I made the normal purchase like any other customer. A few days later I had a problem. I had to make an important trip. Contact ml performance by email to say that the contact service via email is spectacular. I never had a service like that with another store. well I told them that I needed the super urgent material. and well after a great job of coordination and good work from ml performance I received the material and everything went perfect.
