Have been using Vida Glow Marine Collagen for nearly four weeks and am pleasantly surprised at the difference in my skin and nails. I did start by taking the maximum dosage (9g/3 scoops) but will reduce this next month when I recieve my next order. Very happy with this product.
We have tried other collagen supplements but this one you can see visible results within 48 hours. Dry and crinkly skin sees great results.
