Supplier could not deliver what we ordered n paid for n tried to deliver something else damaged n inferior!

Unbelievably poor design and quality

Absolutely astonishing how a company can produce such a rubbish quality product that is nothing like the photo. 1. The pillows are not firm or structured like the photo, with a minimal amount of padding through both seat and back cushion, to the point you can feel the wood through your bottom and also cuts across your back, they do not sit up like the photo but fall down as minimal padding. 2. None of the holes were drilled deep enough, meaning screws stood out at least 1-2 cm, unless hole deepened, 3. Most pieces of the wood where chipped or scratched and black paint was removed. 4. When drilling through the the pre existing hole, the wood would split even when there was still 2cm to drill. 5. My chair came with two pieces of wood that should not have been for the item, which were significantly shorter for their intended purpose. 6 After going to ikea to purchase better quality cushions I can home to sit and relax, one sit down and one of the pieces of wood broke underneath me, completely snapped and the whole bottom caved in, now it’s a two seater. 7. Whats worse to send this back and get a refund would mean it all needs to be taken apart and returned in its original packaging. My opinion is this product should be removed from the market and used as firewood, but cannot even be used as firewood as it has been painted.
