Perfect for beginners.

For the money it's pretty decent, good value.The lat pulldown is not the most secure setup though, Im worried it's bending as it's leaning and weight plates hit bolts as you lower lat pulldown, easily solved by sliding plates out a little.The pec curl gets in way of bench press so I dont use, bad design.It does the job anyway, unless you want to do huge weights (then get something more sturdy)

Cheapest bench I can find. Delivery took 4-5 days longer than i expected. Box was torn up with product sticking out, lost some inexpensive hardware. Assembly easy, required. Cheaply made, metal pieces for adjusting bench height bent a little out of wack but still usable. The base of the bench has 2 settings, flat and flat 2.0 (SAME THING, unless i built it wrong, don't know why they bothered to put it in the design). It's a little wobbly due to inexpensively and imprecisely made parts. All in all, I'd say it's a good buy. 30 lbs so most people should be able to move it easy. You're buying one of the cheapest, if not THE cheapest adjustable bench out there so expect some flaws. Feels pretty sturdy for a domestic bench. Im going to use it under some squat stands.

Incline weight bench

Great bench, simple to adjust from flat to incline, easy to assemble.

It's a little flimsy but

It's a little flimsy but at that price it's fine. I cannot afford to buy the bug heavy metal machines so I got this. I can do the things I want now.

On opening the box, I

On opening the box, I found that every sponge piece was indented with the metal components of the item. As these are a vital item for the cosmetic look of the item and protection of the user, I think more care should have been taken in packing. The bolt for the leg raise part of the item is far too long and catches on your leg when in use. The metal parts of the item are not well painted and show gouges on almost every piece. The instructions are not the best and hard to decipher what is what. Overall not happy and i would not recommend this item.

Small unit not for adults

After putting it all together I found that the unit was small and awkward for sit ups. Better off paying a little extra and purchase from store at least you know what you get I am 178cm.
