My gazebo arrived in a damaged box, open at both ends and pieces and parts falling out. The shipping carrier knew it was like this and they held it for days in Alton Illinois and when I reached out to Wayfair they said it was probably damaged and the shipping carrier would return it to Wayfair.....NOPE.....The shipping carrier just held it for weeks and then delivered it damaged with the box open on.both ends and parts sliding out. I am certain pieces and parts are missing and feel a new replacement should have been sent instead of the damaged open package missing pieces. VERY UPSET!

The screws for the top are not long enough so I had to go buy new ones. The canopy was supposed to be black and gray was sent instead.

I think this item was well worth the money
My gazebo arrived in a damaged box, open at both ends and pieces and parts falling out. Looks great, not sturdy at all, i had to drill extra holes in the legs to secure it properly,
