Cheap quality, not same as photo

The product I received was not the same as shown in the pictures. The chips inside were cheap quality and different than the pictures. Such a shame

Works well and as described. Using for a pizza over to get the base temperature and then topped it up with wood.

Fantastic poker set, good quality set. Only reason that its got 4 rather than 5 star is that the foam on top section doesnt stay in lid when opens - easy enough to glue on yourself though

Longer, better

Burns longer than normal Charcoal and burns hotter than normal charcoal

Took Months to Deliver

Your delivery took months and because I couldn’t find a receipt in my email confirming the purchase I bought a second one from another supplier. Your communication, receipt, invoicing, is atrocious. Haven’t used the product so could tell you what I think of it.
