These chairs should have been a great value and good look for my patio. However, the shipment arrived with virtually every chair having cracked or broken parts. The breaks in the same part across multiple boxes suggest production problems. Also, attempted assembly of one chair was abandoned when we discovered the parts did not line up and fit together. It took several hours to open 5 boxes, inspect each chair, photograph the damage, and repack them all for return. The poor quality, laborious inspection, terrible assembly process, and repacking and return make this purchase a waste of time and money.
