Needed a larger screen for my home setup and decided to go with this monitor. It's a newer model from ViewSonic and I like that it has a built in docking station so I don't have to think about buying one separately. I also like the ergonomics, which made it easier to get it setup.

Display looks great straight out of the box, with no adjustments. With 4 times the pixels but less than twice the screen area of my 21 monitor the smaller text and icons took some getting used to. If space, viewing distance, and budget allow a 32 might be better, but after a week I'm really happy with it. Mine came with an HDMI cable instead of the DP cable it's supposed to have. No idea if that was a one time packaging mistake for mine or a (temporary?) glitch at Viewsonic, but they shipped me a DP cable the afternoon that I called about it. My only complaint is the lack of positive stops at the portrait and landscape positions when rotating the display, but it does stay in position (including height and up/down tilt, too) with no problem.

I really like this monitor. Not only is the video quality excellent, it works perfectly with my USB-C Microsoft Surface laptop. One USB-C cable, from the monitor to the laptop, gives me sound, video, Ethernet AND charging! Just plug the single USB-C cable into the laptop and you instantly have a desktop/monitor setup. I really like how the Ethernet cable plugs into the monitor and then allows your laptop to use wired Internet. For laptop users, this is definitely the way to go.

This is used in my office for work (cad, excel, and word programs) and personal viewing (email, web viewing, and some games). Great display
I've been using this for about a month nearly every day and I am very satisfied. The additional USB connections are a nice little feature and with a USB-C connector to pass battery charging to my laptop and operate as the video input it simplifies my setup real nicely.
Not only do these monitors have a crisp, bright screen, but the ability to use the USB-C connection between a laptop and the monitor to both provide a video feed to the monitor and provide charge to the laptop is a great feature. I've had a VG2755-2K for almost year now, and its been great. I just picked up a VG2756-2K for my wife, and its exactly the same by appearance and function. The only thing that's marginal about this monitor is that the speakers suck, but I never intended to use the speakers.
Perfect docking station for Microsoft Surface Pro. Leave a wireless keyboard with the monitor then all you have to do is plug in the USB C cable to the monitor and your Surface Pro will be charged and connected to both a full size keyboard and the 27" monitor. Picture quality is superb. Extra USB (charge your phone) and HDMI I/Os provide flexibility.

Very handsome monitor with a sharp image. I especially like the handle on the back for easy carrying and the way it comes apart for easy packing. I would've preferred a glossy screen to match my iMac Pro, but hardly any companies make glossy anymore and the difference isn't that big of a deal. That said, a glossy screen has brighter whites and the whites on this monitor are a tad gray even with the contrast cranked up, but this is just the nature of anti-glare screens. The menu system, like all monitors in this price range, are a little arcane, but not as bad as some others I've worked with.
