The image is about as good as it gets, the audio average, and the menu easy to use. But, after a year of service the bottom three buttons became inoperable. The RECORD - SAVE - MIC buttons are not working. The dash cam is always in the record mode so the MENU button does not work. I opened the unit up and attempted to free the buttons and saw the 'clip' that holds the buttons in place has broke. Cheap plastic part. I now see that they have moved the buttons to a different location. Hopefully solved the issue. My cam is now worthless.
