I get cold sores a lot. Maybe 3+ times a year usually when stressed. Forget those $17+ known-brand ripoffs. This is the stuff that works. Coldsores hurt and when I use this, it numbs the area straight away and within a few hours the swelling goes down. It stays on longer than the other types which means its more effective. I swear by this and think others might find it just as good as I do.
My mother put me on to this many years ago - I am now in my 60's and it is the only thing I grab for straight away before it gets worse...... For me it works and I am very grateful for this product being on the market.

Accidentally bought this thinking it was the good stuff! Doesn’t work like the good stuff either.
Virasolve freezes the cold sore and dries it quickly.
Works very well for cold sores, you only need a small amount and it's a cheaper option than other brands.
