I use it as a multivitamin, mix it with creatine monohydrate and drink it after runs with water. Contrary to the creatine where I definitely feel the benefits in the form of energy boost, I don't know if this product has any. I just can't tell. However it's easy to drink and affordable in the long run and hopefully provides the missing bits that I don't take in with food.

This has been part of my breakfast for years now. It provides my body with a wide range of nutrients and also tastes delicious. I mix it in with water, coconut/cashew yoghurt and psyllium husk and it’s divine. I can’t imagine my mornings without this!

I have been vegetarian for 20 years and I am upto date with all my vitamins and minerals. But I just love vital greens as it has pretty much everything in it. It tastes nice and very easy to drink.This is what I am going to stick with.It's my 3rd bottle now.Thanks vital greens and sports fuel for the specials.

This stuff has been amazing. Coming from a bad diet and lack of eating well I lacked nutrients and essential vitamins. Started with the half portion to start and then progressed to full portion I have nearly had it for a whole month. My skin is better, I ammore regular and consistent with bowelmotions and just feel more energy overall. Prefer this over any capsules I have previously used as I actually feel it is making a difference. I Will be purchasing another tub.
I have a busy lifestyle. At times ive forgotten about replenishing myself with goodness.So by having this product, I can still get some greens without the hassle of cooking.I have a bit of a sweet tooth, and I like to make smoothies with coconut milk, bananas or wild berries..yummoShipping was super fast, I was expect at least 3days wait. Had half dose as suggested, mixed it with oat milk and didn't taste that bad. However, I had horrible stomach pains and constipation, plus nausea after 3 days. It couldn't have been from anything else as I was eating as usual and had only just introduced this.Turns out there's far too many ingredients in it and hard to even know which ingredient or mix of ingredients was affecting me so it's a no go for me. If your body is sensitive like mine then maybe pass on this one.
I mix mine with juice. Taste is great! Haven’t had a morning coffee since. I crave it after my morning work out. Have just come from an archilies rupture and have found this very motivating to getting my energy back from a long 3 months on the couch. this has amazing results if used consistently, I mix in some Vital pea/hemp protien and add flax seed oil, GCM joint tablets, BCAA, etc etc in a delicious breakfast drink.so far so good have observed considerable body fat loss over the last eight weeks or so.as well as increased vitality!!the best thing is I can get all my suppliments from sportsfuel, discounted , and fast shipping too. saves time.
I really like this product and definitely notice a change in my energy and motivation when I have not taken it. I now make sure I have a new one to go onto when i'm running low. I do not mind the taste at all and have it just with water; my husband, on the other hand, does not like the taste, so I make it using coconut water, which he enjoys.
