This is a great multi vitamin, it packs a lot of nutrients into one pill. I had to work up to daily use as it bothered my stomach when I first was taking it. But within a week or so I was okay to be taking it every day.

When I first purchased this product it had 400mcg of folate, my next purchase, it had 340mcg of folate, now they are down to 200mcg's of folate. This reduction along with a couple others has be looking for a different nutritional supplement.

It was recommended by my Naturalpath doctor.I was taking 3 capsules daily. To my surprise that I lost weight by 10 lbs. I have decrease to 2 capsules daily to keep my body weight not increased. I am energetic.CW

I thought I was getting a different vitamin by this manufacturer. I am very confused because so many of their vitamin titles sound the same. Is use to take one of heir Multics but it was a different color.
I’ve used Minimum and Essential for several years now. My Naturalpath prescribed it. I take along with other supplements but this is a mainstay!!
