I am 69 with my medical history, it is best that Multi-Nutrients (No Iron or Iodine) by Vital Nutrients dose not have iodine or iron. But the recommended 3 capsules is too strong. I take 2 capsules and some days just one. I am sure it is and would be a good product for other people.

This is a multi with many nutrients that are necessary for health. It covers all the basics. Then when I want to support some body function I can add some extra herbs, mushrooms, or oils, etc.

I have been using Multi-Nutrients (No Iron or Iodine) by Vital Nutrients for over 10 years. This specific product was highly recommended by my lyme literate naturopathic doctor when I became very sick due to lyme disease. This is the only product I will ever use for it is excellent!
I was looking for a new multi-vitamin that had a methylated form of B-12 so my naturopath recommended this specific formulations. Bottle says to take 3 but she has me taking 2 a day. No side effects to report.
I took vital for a week. I had no energy or vitality. Not recommended by me.

This is the first time that I have purchased this product. I have bought Vital Nutrients products before and found them superior. I purchased this product to take with my free-form amino acids. I needed a supplement that was Iodine free. This meets my needs for a supplement that has just about all of the minerals I need along with the vitamins which aid in the absorption of amino acids.
So thankful that at least one manufacturer is making a NO IODINE multi-vitamin supplement! I cannot take iodine due to being on Armour Thyroid medication, so this product has been my only multiple vitamin supplement for years! Very good comprehensive list of ingredients but not too over the top with gratuitous ingredients.Linda Whitman
