These are pretty large capsules, I was hoping that it would be a cheaper match for the other triple complex magnesium pills I take because they have “enhanced absorption” and all. But I tried them, and something doesn’t feel right about them. These don’t seem to be chelated either. Supplements that do not undergo the (expensive) chelation process have horrible absorption rates. Like literally 5%. This also doesn’t help you sleep like my previous magnesium pills do. There are multiple types of magnesium and they do different things. A good, uninterrupted, better night’s sleep is what I need. And this either doesn’t have it, or the absorption rate is in the single- digits. At first I thought I was getting a good supplement because of the lack of soy and other harmful ingredients until I took the time to dissect the ingredients listed in the "Other ingredients" section and was horrified to find "Magnesium silicate" which is basically talc which is a serious and well-known carcinogen. Before I knew this info, I had been experiencing lethargy, dizziness, cramping all over my body, especially my legs and feet including neck and shoulder muscle pain. I immediately stopped taking this supplement and replaced it with something safer. People need to wake up and check the ingredients for safety!

I bought these magnesium vitamins because I was getting terrible cramps in my feet, calves and thighs (hamstrings). Since I have been taken them my cramps have pretty much stopped. Occasionally I will get a cramp but not like I was before taking this magnesium. I like them very much and they're easy to swallow. If. you're getting cramps in your feet and legs then it's worth a try. They work for me and I highly recommend them. Blessings!

This is a well rounded magnesium product. I like it because it doesn’t add all this extra stuff I already have in my cupboard.I take one am and one in the evening. It helps with regular bowels and muscle relaxation. It’s necessary if you’re in physical pain, in my opinion.
