My fiancé loves these. Excellent alongside D3 and magnesium. Important to move D3 from getting stuck in arteries.
I add this to my D3 supplement. Very few other ingredients.
It is so important to take Vit K2 especially when taking calcium and vit D. I trust the purity of the Alkaline for Life products.
Regarding the K2-7 I just take it once a day without ever thinking about it.I believe it is working.I do notice the Relieve and Repair is great if I am really in a rush and need to quiet down my system or I need a great antioxident.
I use this K2-7 by Vital Nutrients as part of a regimen to clear my arteries of gunk and buildup. The proof is in the pudding as they say and this supplement, along with others, has helped reduce my BP numbers.
