I was a bit sceptic at first but I've come to really love the Vital Plant Proteins.I bought both flavours and I'm happy I did...they are very yummy and filling. Since I started using the Vital Plant Protein I've also started eating more fruits (something I was very reluctant to do ) because mixing the protein with apples 🍎 , bananas 🍌 , strawberries🍓 blueberries 🫐 and passion fruit has become my favourite meal for the day. It looks soo delicious that my daughter has even started having it too, she admitted that the taste is heavenly.

Disgusting taste

This stuff is just disgusting - I can palate most things but this? Seriously fighting urge not to vomit just to finish it. Tried it twice now, different mix this time, but no better than the first. Should come with a warning label! In the bin it goes!!

Great product with multiple benefits in putting on fat free weight and controlling diabetes.

I had major surgery and radiation for cancer and lost 28KGs of body weight I am also a type 2 Diabetic.. I started putting a heaped tablespoon of your protein powder with my Rolled Oates every morning and started doing exercises and light weights as I wanted to put on weight but not fat and this did the trick. Originally I was 110 KGs I dropped to 82KGs and built up to a very fit and happy 96KGs. Protein is needed to build muscle, but also it needs Glucose (sugar) to process the protein and this helped in a big way to regulate my sugar and control my diabetes my GP is most impressed. .

Great taste and nutritious

Very tasty and works well for me especially during intermittent fasting. I break my fast with this as it has all the essential amino acids with great taste. I tried soy protein too but that caused stomachache due to taken on empty stomach. Since then I’m stick to this one. I tried many other brands but they comes with bitter taste or amino acids compromised formula. This has all I need to break my fast so I don’t look further.Great bargain when it’s on special.

Quality Protein with no nasty additives

This is a great tasting protein powder. I mix with water and add a teaspoon of Vital Organics greens, and Vital Collagen powder (also at Pharmacy Online). Zero fillers and nasty additives. My naturopath recommended this to me and I find it very filling and feel great. Also great for those who don't like or can't tolerate whey protein. Pharmacy Online also has the very best price. Highly recommended.

Vegan friendly and delicious

Not too sweet, no gritty texture. A vegan friendly protein powder that tastes good and has minimal ingredients. Sugar content is less compared to competitor products. Less empty calories :)

Vital Pea Protein Powder chocolate and vanilla flavored

Great stuff. It's tasty and easily digestible. I add it to my muesli every morning.It's chocolate flavor all the way for me when with milk and vanilla when prepared with yogurt. Both great, wouldn't want any other brand!Thanks Sportsfuel Team for excellent service over the past few years! B.

Vital Protein - unflavoured.

A smoothie made with Vital Protein, unflavoured, is my breakfast every morning. I add a banana, linseed and chia and organic blueberry powder for a healthy breakfast that keeps me going all morning. I choose the unflavoured kind because it doesn't contain sugar. I just wish it was available in stores, as I have to pay postage for it to be delivered.

A couple of reviewers have complained that while this product is "unflavoured" it has a flavour. Yes this is because it is the natural flavour derived from a plant ie PEA plant so it has to taste like something. It doesn't have "added" flavour ie vanilla or chocolate or cane sugar or fake sugar alternatives. I actually love this product - I make a smoothy with high protein milk, frozen raspberries & small banana, some almonds, tablespoon of rolled oats and heaped spoon of plain yoghurt. It is delicious covers as breakfast and lunch. I also make protein balls with this product with brazil & almonds nuts, cocoa, medjool dates, black chia seeds, coconut oil and some shredded coconut which are also delicious and a very satisfying healthy snack.

Well travelled

I purchased this since it did not contain any artificial sugars and is vegan (not that I am, but I do have a lactose intolerance issue). The taste is definitely pea like, but then its from pea protein, but no surprise and I did choose the unflavoured variety. Importantly, no stomach problems which is great. I found it needed more water to mix than as stated. The one big NO for me is that its made in Belgium, packed in Australia and bought/consumed (by me) in the UK, hence the title of well travelled. Yes, the jar may be from 100% recycled plastic, but the contents have travelled over 30,000 km, so shall try to find something less well travelled. Other than that, its protein and suits my objectives.
