I’ve previously tried the coconut collagen creamer and really liked that. This also dissolved easily, isn’t overpowering in taste and works really well with my morning coffee. Now that I’ve been using these products for longer, I can honestly say that I’ve now noticed a difference in my skin too! My skin feels smoother and more plump. I’m definitely impressed!

By far my favourite product At 35 years old, I needed to incorporate collagen into my diet, knowing I rarely drink snoothies or juices. I enjoy coffee, its my go to beveage adding the coconut creamer, excelled my coffee to another level of deliciousness all whilst doing wonders for my body. Still early days but my skin feels hydrated and my nails are growing faster without chipping. I usually, reach a certain length and plateau. I would recommend this product if, like me you want to add a little luxury to your coffee and look good doing so.

I absolutely love this product!! It has a lovely but subtle vanilla flavour which I now add to my cappuccino every morning. The taste is lovely and after using this for approximately 8 weeks now I can really see an obvious improvement in both my nails and my skin. Highly recommended this product!!

I've been using this product for a year now and can't believe the improvements it's made. After the menopause my nails were constantly splitting and breaking but now they are back to normal ....superstrong and growing . My skin feels better and my hair much healthier!! Vital Proteins has become an essential part of my morning routine .
This powder doesn't dissolve even though I mixed it in boiling hot water. My instant coffee and tiny bit of sugar all dissolved, but this powder. There will be residue in the bottom of your mug so you must contantly stir it. It also leaves an unpleasant taste. Funny thing is it recommends 2 scoops but if you follow the instruction this will certainly turn your coffee into a porridge, unless you have a 1L mug. I've tried another brand of collagen powder which is £10 cheaper on regular price but it was out of stock so I bought this. That cheaper one did better job on my skin and nails.
I originally bought the normal collagen but I find it tough to incorporate it into my daily meals b/c I don't always have smoothies. But the creamer is perfect in my morning coffee. I was worried it would be thick and goopy and taste bad but it mixes into my coffee perfectly and - it tastes SO good. I'm thrilled b/c I can now use it in place of oat milk which was causing me to put on extra weight. I am starting to see a bit of a difference in my hair, it's breaking less. I will def keep using it, it's a great product!

It took a couple of days to adjust to how I like it, but I think I have cracked it with the above description and I love the taste. I would have two scoops, but I think its quite expensive so I am trying to stretch it out to almost a months supply. (Surely something is better than nothing). I am well into week three and have noticed my nails have stopped chipping at the ends, and my hair is definitely thicker. I wasn’t sure how good this product would be but I’m really impressed! It mixes really well (no horrible lumps or chalky texture or aftertaste), it tastes really good but isn’t overpowering, and I’ve found that it lasts well. I’m not sure yet if it’s having an effect in terms of the collagen uptake because I don’t think I’ve taken it for long enough yet. I have coeliac disease and a dietitian recommended using collagen supplements to repair the damage to my gut so hopefully, over time, it might help.
It has been a week since I started taking vital proteins collagen creamer and it has a very nice vanilla and coconut flavour. I add it daily in the morning to my porridge and it tastes great that way. I cannot say much about the hair or nails and skin improvement. I guess I have to take it for another few months to really say how much it has improved my health overall.
This is a pleasant product, but not game-changing on its own - it is still quite 'thin' in my morning coffee, as a 'creamer'. That said, I mix it with a little almond milk or cream to a paste, add the coffee, and that does -for me-create a really appetising drink. Its worth it to me, as I find its easier to combine my habits (long-establised caffeine routine and new health supplementation habit!!) Â rather than buying pills and capsules that i forget to take. Worth a try if you like a subtle, non-chemically taste of vanilla in your morning (or afternoon) brew :)
