It's an easy, tasty way to get a little more protein in my day (it mixes great whisked in with my coffee or tea). This is an excellent, high quality protein. I have been consistently taking this at least three times per week for the past couple of years. It's great to keep hunger at bay as well as for breaking a fast.I much prefer the whey concentrates to the isolates. The formula shakes beautifully into water if you don't have time to make a smoothie.

I love the product. I was just disappointed the best before date was so soon. I bought enough to last and there is no way I will meet the 4 month date.
We bought this to help boost our immunoglobins. It tastes good when you put in a blender with a banana and cinnamon. We noticed a increase in our energy when we take it which is good. We hope to check out immunoglobins next month to see if they have increased since using this whey. love the non-gmos
At my Chiropractor suggestion, who was frank about my advancing age and sagging skin, I ordered and began regular use of this product. My energy level is better I believe. Love this stuff as it is very clean and pure. I emailed the company with some questions and they were very responsive and clear. It is vital to know that no Whey sold in the USA is RAW as that is illegal. This company uses a method of pasteurization that doesnt destroy all of the important nutrients present.
I have tried many whey protein supplements, and Vital Whey Natural by Well Wisdom Proteins is by far the best I have ever used. It is made using "e;Proserum"e; whey protein concentrate from grass fed cows, minimally processed and no extra added ingredients or sweeteners. It is full of nutrients which help to increase your glutathione levels and contains immunogloblulins to enhance and strengthen your immune system. It is also great to add to your diet if you need extra protein sources (I am a vegetarian) and have lost twenty pounds using this protein, I mix it with collagen hydrosalate, psyllium powder, coconut oil and also some silica drops for my skin, hair and nails.
This non flavored protein is best. I tried the chocolate flavored and it was awful tasting and clumped. This non flavored dissolved better and I could add a hint of chocolate syrup if I wanted. I am old but I still workout and need protein and I love this healthy product.
