I am very frustrated as this no longer works after just 3 times. The base does not recognize the jug and Elkjop is making it very difficult to replace. I should not have to send it away, they should do an immediate swap in the store. A total joke and very disappointed. I certainly look forward to Amazon coming to Norway.
Very noisy blender. Keeps throwing up error codes when turned on, have to turn it off and start again

My wife bought the thing without consulting me .... first I was pissed.Without further ado I bought a regular blender to teach her better.That backfired, I am now thrilled and no longer want to renounce our Vitamix A2500i. Have also ordered the Family Set, I use it mostly for marinades - my wife for salad dressing.
I had my previous Vitamix for around 10year and performed flawlessly. This product seems to be the same quality and power.
