My hair also seems thicker (not the individual hairs but the amount of hair) and I can even wear it a bit longer. I also notice - weirdly and maybe tmi - that I have to shave my legs more often because the hair grows faster. But hey, small price to pay imo. Felt so ill!

I've been taking viviscal for about 2 months. Bought as a tsv. I've been gradually feeling more & more unwell including stomach cramps, bloating & fatigue. Last week I woke to see my face absolutely covered in huge cysts! I haven't had spots in over 40 years! Before contacting my doctor I googled the side effects of this product & realised that my side effects are very common with viviscal. Just called customer services & cancelled future deliveries as I ordered a years supply on advanced orders! Stopped taking immediately. Unfortunately I ordered over 60 days ago & couldn't get a refund.

Most painful gas of my life

DON'T TAKE THIS. I've only been taking it six days so far, I followed the instructions, took it after a decent meal and with a ton of water. Around day four I started getting gas pains, also my skin started breaking out, I didn't think much about it but it continued but today it got so bad I thought maybe something else was going on. I realized the gas started around the time I started this and Googled it. You know it's a bad sign when you barely even need to type the sentence and "does viviscla cause gas" was the immediate result. It sucks because I spent the money and I was looking for a solution only to be caused more pain. Don't take this product.

I started taking these 8 months ago. I was only taking one at night (even though the directions are for one in the morning and one at night) because I wasn't really expecting amazing results. I just sort of had the mindset that these are good for hair health I suppose. Then a couple months later I was putting my hair in a pony tail and noticed that my hairline looked different in the temporal region. I then realized this supplement was working! So I immediately started taking them twice a day as directed and have even gotten my mom on them. So far I'm very happy that I can put my hair in a pony tail without feeling like I have to doctor the hair placement so much just to cover the thinning area/bald spot!
