Bought one of these, pin that plugs in to charge it broke. Bought another one as I was away at the time. Now the Bluetooth will not charge. Can’t return or get refund as I don’t have a receipt. Waste of money.
Many components are weak plastic, the bluetooth doesn't work, a nut was also missing in my pack. I added my own metalic camera holder to this and it works good. But don't buy if you expect the bluetooth.
I bought this earlier today, put the Bluetooth unit on charge for 8 hours and it can only just hold enough charge to pair with the phone once and then that’s it - can’t use it to take any photos at all. Will be returning.
While tripod/selfie stick itself is ok (the handle part is very plasticy), the main selling point for me was the bluetooth remote...Having had this on charge for 12 hours, it simply does not hold charge....It works fine when plugged into power, but nothing without !

I bought this about a month ago from Officeworks and only used it to photograph 10 of my hand made jewelry. It doesn't hold the weight of my Samsung Galaxy note 10 and one of it's foot pads has come off.
I dug this out for life streaming and zoom conferencing, in the midst of COVID social distancing and personal isolation. I found it a very useful item of equipment, with lots of thoughtful features, and good build quality for the price. The Bluetooth feature was not critical for me, but it works fine.
