I love this pan. I have tested it with loads of tasks and it performed really well. The one time I burned stuff on it, just a soak and it was simple to clean.

Arrived quickly, I used it today and Im so pleased with. It. Nothing got stuck, easy to clean. Ive been looking for a non coated pan for awhile and this is perfect

I hate non-stick. Despite buying the best and only using wooden utensils, I find they still scratch. I don't want to be eating the non-stick! I carried out my research before buying this item for the best price I could find on the web, here on eBay. Heat this pan well before using and it works great. It takes a bit of hearing (and cooling) as it's base is so thick. I've so far used it for omelettes and yesterday I made pancakes for pancake day. A single use makes an omelette big enough for two, and the pancakes are quite big if you use the whole pan... but that's what you get with a big pan. I think other smaller sizes are available. It may be costly, but I recon it will last and last. I try not to buy to throw away in a few years, and would strongly recommend this pan.
