I am not a teenager anymore and I seem to be stuck in the 90s. I absolutely love that I am able to still dress and feel like I am keeping my style with a professional look. Second pair I have bought of these jeans. This pair ran a little bit bigger than the powder blue color way of the solver jeans but now after a wash and dry they fit me perfectly. Greasy jeans, perfect amount of room. Not too tight and not too baggy. Will definitely be buying some more in the future!

These are my favorite Volcom jeans. Not too skinny. Not too baggy. Just right. They will shrink in the dryer so hang dry completely or just put in the dryer for a few minutes and then hang to dry. Or order a size up and they will shrink a bit in the dryer. I have had probably about 10 pairs of these over the years since I discovered them. They are awesome!

These were on sale so I said "why not". Kinda wish I has passed but I am cheap and love a deal. These are a bit baggy. If you dig that these might be for you. They call them "Modern Fit" which honestly led me to believe on the tighter side as most modern jeans aren't baggy. The material is thick and stiff. I have got a couple pairs of Vorta's and I love those. If you want a baggy, thick, and stiff jean..... These Solver's might be for you.
These pants are fantastic. I wore Levi's for years and years until they became too cheaply made to justify the price.Volcom Jeans like the Solver or the Kinkade are expertly made, with many details to highlight their origin. There is a luxurious change pocket, a phantom left-hand pocket (essentially, a second pocket sown onto the left pant pocket). The rear pockets are well cut and allow my wallet to shift away from my rear when sitting down. The final touch is the fun asymmetric seams on the pant, and embroidered emblem on the pant leg.I really love Volcom Jeans. I own three, plus a pair of Carhartt B18s for work. These jeans may not be super rugged, but they are comfortable to wear all day, don't chafe and make room for your squishy parts.
The "dark brown" color is more or less a dull blue that accented with mud-color that likes edges. Another pair is black, a more dressy look. The new pair went into the laundry immediately, and I think a bit of the brown stuff washed out, so maybe the pair will get a bit of bleach. The images at the Volcom sales site show the color (or lack of it) accurately.The waistband is gently elastic, like the rest of the garment, so waist, knees, everything tend to conform to whatever you're doing.Waist size is consistent with sizing of board shorts.I'm not entirely sure I like the color. If not, the pair can serve for work, which will assuredly add permanent plant-sap blotches and assorted scratches.
Very high quality and durable feeling denim. Stitching looks great and these look and feel like they will last. They run very big. I usually wear 36, but had to return them for 34 and even these are big. Could try 33's. Haven't worn 34 since high school...
I love the Volcom Solver jeans on the Blackout and Rinse colorways. They fit perfect, true to size, just enough give for an active lifestyle. Perfect. The Solver Vintage Blue is made from a different denim than the other two. These tend to run larger and have much more give leaving the wearer feeling like they are baggy for a pair of straight Modern Fit jeans. I recommend ordering a size down from your normal fit on other Vilcom jeans. I wear 33W/30L in all other Volcom Jeans but a 32W/30L in Solver Vintage Blue. Still the PERFECT pair of durable, fashionable, and just plain rad jeans.

They feel like jeans, but also have a nice stretch to them. They don’t feel too thin or synthetic. I like the ability to have the “long” option because my legs tend to be a little too lanky for the average jean length even though I’m only 5’10”. The ability to pick so many different waist sizes and the different inseam lengths allows for these quality jeans to fit just right. They were a little baggier than I would’ve hoped for when they first arrived, but after the first wash they shrank down to exactly the leg width I was expecting when initially purchasing these jeans. Once I received and tried on this specific colorway they felt oddly big around the thigh and the waist seemed to be almost a size and half bigger than my other 30x30’s. I should have stopped there and just returned them, but I really wanted them to fit. I wondered if washing them would shrink them a bit and they would fit. No dice. After washing them they still felt huge. I ended up buying another pair of the black on black and laid them on top of one another. The worker indigo color was almost an inch larger in the thigh area than the black. I’m really bummed about the inconsistency ...
