I love my Volley shoes and I appreciate All the trouble that Brandhouse direct went to, to deliver the correct size to me.
Thought I was buying Womens sizing so purchased my normal womens size. Volleys are Mens sizing so I had to send them back. 10 days after shoes arrived back - still waiting for refund, even though I have contacted them twice.
Nothing to say about 1 rude and intimidating staff Member. This company is off my list however one lady was helpful. I have unsubscribed from your website and will never deal with your company again. The company cost me the delivery fee which I could ill afford.
Was sent the wrong shoes. Customer service were very unhelpful wanting me to pay for postage for their mistake. When I complained they did not respond to my emails. Be careful dealing with this company.

I find the Volley lace-up shoe too large for my feet! I usually wear an Australian size 7-1/2, but, as this shoe does not come in half-sizes, had to choose an 8 which would normally fit me fine. I did not return them initially, as I feel the 7 would be too small & I wanted a comfortable walking-shoe. The shoes also mark very easily despite my only wearing them out shopping or to meet friends for a casual coffee.
A great summer shoe and fantastic service. Delivery time was beyond my expectation.
