I started taking Voost several months ago in the hope it would ease my joint pain and continuous hand cramps as I read magnesium was said to help these conditions. Well as of now I no longer get the hand cramps and some, not all, of my joint pains have gone. For me it really works so would recommend Voost to anyone with similar ailments.

I like this taste. Work well! When I was pregnant. They helped me a lots.
I have been using these for about a year and have noticed a great improvement,ent in restless legs at night when trying to sleep. I much prefer this way of taking the supplement as a drink than a tablet, its better absorbed

I love the lemon flavour of these. Feels nice and refreshing. Have been using these for a while, however, not consistently so I'm not sure if it is working. Got them on sale which is even better. I will keep using them.
It says Multi vitamins but it’s mostly Magnesium on the top of the tube!
I started taking Voost Magensium several months ago because I was having trouble with sleep, One tablet dissolved in water half an hour before bedtime has been a game changer.
I have used this for over a year now and it works so well.... easy to take, pop it in a bottle of water or a glass of water and it is absorbed fast.
