Best multi I have found that dissolves in water so I no longer have to swallow a bunch of pills. Supplement with the Vitamin C that dissolves and life is all good. Great flavour and not hard to drink at all.

I have purchased the Multi-Vitamin, Magnesium , Vitamin D, and Energy and I believe I have noticed a difference after taking the Energy and Multi-Vitamin tablets on different days. I am not really into multi vitamin tablets and never really noticed a difference when taking Swisse but these seem to work for me.

I started buying these to drink flat after gastric bypass. I was struggling with vitamins which bypass people have to take every day for the rest of their lives. Within a couple of days I started to feel noticeably better. Liquid vitamins seem to absorb better.
