It produces great sounds and harmonics even without kicking in the treble booster (as the brochure truthfully states produces a lot of noise which has put me off a little this far). The gain, tone and volume controls produce a good variety of sounds for me and the volume it produces through a 12x1 8ohm cab is more than enough for my needs. I use it busking through a Bose SP1. Very Happy.

A fabulous amplifier that sounds precisely like a 1960's valve Vox AC50. Amazingly brilliant, loud and toneful. Should please any discerning guitarist.

Great bit of kit. Been kept simple and true to the design of an Ac30. Jangly clear cleans when gain is down, breaks up nice turning the gain up and reacts really well if you stick a decent treble booster in front or even overdrive. Could do with an effects send and return but this is a common comment. I use it with a Line 6 M13 at the mo from the line out of the MV50. Highly recommend for Brian May, Eric Johnson, Beatles, Hank Marvin, etc

If you expect this to be equal to a full on professional amp, youre going through be disappointed. But if you take it for what it is, a great sound one true class pony back up and small gig setup, its awesome. But not only that, it can double as a great practice amp. You dont ever even need to keep a speaker connected as it wont harm the amp of you dont and just use the headphones.
This is a great little amp great and very loud thanks 😊
This tiny thing is a BEAST! Holds up against my Marshall Studio Vintage, Fender Deluxe Reverb, and Vox AC15. Get the gain up around 2:00-3:00 and use guitar volume to go from clean to mean. Does that Fender with higher gain and tighter bass thing nicely!
Presently surprised with the sound this little box puts out. As only have 8 ohm 1x12 cab , I believe it only puts out 25 watts , but its very loud , probably small to medium venue gigable ( yet to try though ) . I was worried it wouldnt take reverb or delay in front of it ( when will Vox / Korg learn an fx loop is really essential ) but as long as you dont crank the gain too much its fine . All in all a well worth a look and listen, if youre looking for a back up or main amp.A meaningless but solid eight out of ten from me .
What a fantastic little amp - much more powerful than its diminutive size would suggest. Lovely clean tones and the built-in attenuator is great for home practice. The on/off switch at the back is a bit fiddly which is really the only design flaw. Small enough to fit on a pedal board, this would be a perfect back-up amp for a gigging guitarist. No effects loop, but you don't need one for a clean amp. I'm very pleased with it.
Got this to run 2 cabs in tandem with another 50 watt amp head.it sounds great straight on flat & still has a low noise floor when pushing the front end a bit. This amp is amazing for the price and it is way better than I was expecting it to be.The bass & treble controls really make you hear the bass strings & the treble strings very clearly.I have 7 different amps & some are 20 times the price of this, yes they have more features, but the sound you get from this is impressive. it will make me improve as it picks up every touch I make.
It is good for portability, easy to pack and go...It would be good if it has a FX/LINE in/out ports but then it wouldn't be that portable I guess.Sound is warm. you feel the tube harmonics in high gain.Energy efficient when compared to other hybrid amps.
