I have given five stars as I was forced to review this product by Google reviews, but I have not used it so far. Assume it will be fine as somebody else mentioned they used it for Keto baking, which is my purpose for purchasing and the reason why I took the punt and purchased 2 kg worth in one go. It says it is 100% egg white and I believe them. If it turns out that it isn't 100% egg white, my baking won't work and I'll come back and leave another review or update this one if I can. I assume that it is 100% egg white as the labelling rules in Australia prohibit incorrect labelling. So far I am happy with my purchase, particularly with the pretty packaging. The product will stand out on my shelves and be easy to find.

This has been a great addition to my morning porridge!Much nicer than flavoured protien powder and cheaper than buying the cartons of egg whits.4 stars because mixibility isn't perfect, any lumps seem to come out in the cooking though.Will definitely be buying again

Love this product. I have made a couple of loaves of “psmf” bread 🍞 and they turned out great……..the powder whipped to stiff peaks perfectly. Will definitely repurchase when I need more.
first time i tried this and it was more than I expected. Disolves well without a hrash taste like some others on the market. Good value for money also

Great clean product for keto recipes. The service from VPA is amazing. I ordered Tuesday and received my order the next day by Australia post. That’s unheard of. Keep up the great work
I have not enjoyed this product; the flavour is hard to escape, almost plastic-y and not enjoyable. Have tried in various ways/recipes in addition to on its own and cannot bring myself to use it, really sad that I have not enjoyed it!
