I’ve only used it a few times so far. It’s lightweight with is a big tick however the temperature control button is in a a very inconvenient place and very easy to quickly bump it from high to low and vice versa.

This curler does not curl at all! Ive tried it on the hottest heat and lowest heat. Ive left my hair curled up in it for ages. When I remove it my head is dead straight apart from the kink at the bottom where my hair is under the barrel clip. Ive looked online and multiple reviews say the same thing. Do not buy this. Total waste of money.

Bought this product a month ago. Gives me enough waves to suit what I want at present but no curls. When holding the appliance my thumb makes contact with the temperature control switch which is very sensitive and moves when you don't want it to. I see another person had this trouble too. The temperature control adjustment needs to be located elsewhere to avoid inadvertently moving it.

Whilst I realise this product is supposed to produce loose curls, all it did to me was make the very ends of my hair flick out a little bit. I tried a variety of techniques and products but couldn't achieve anything satisfactory. Also, I found the clip where your hair is held in place left little lines across my hair like i had done a poor attempt at an 80s crimp.
Very disappointed. I had an InStyler for about 20 years. It rotated, had a brush and was easy to use. The Sassoon ceramic curler catches the hair, doesn't rotate, is awkward to turn on and am really disappointed in it.
I bought this a couple weeks ago and I’ve tried everything to make this work but to no avail. It’s produces the most beautiful bouncy waves but their hold lasts no more than 15 minutes. I have very fine hair and I can make most hair tools work with a bit of finesse or extra hair products, but there is nothing I could do to make this one work. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money.
Product is great width to give fuller curls and waves. Good ergonomic design. Can change the temperature. Light. Has stand so you don't put hot wand on benchtop.
I used a friends before going to buy and it was incredible! it left super bouncy curls and the clamp makes it 10x easier for me. the heat settings are great although easy to accidentally change while curling. overall great curler!
It was the first item to arrive on my door step. For the price, it is super easy to use. Gets really hot really quickly and does what is required. Love it!
Bought yesterday and set to work transforming my med length blond bob. Unable to 'Wind' my hair around the tong it falls out. Resorted to starting with the hair end closing clip and winding up - some curl result. Didn't realise I'd turned it down AND off while using. Incredibly easy to turn temp dial and press the off button while wrestling a position to curl hair. Really disappointed wish I'd be er bought it. Shook out hair frizzy mess, have to wet and blowdry and move on!
