I like how easy it is to get a full head of hair done in a relatively short amount of time. My only niggle is that you're limited with the thickness of your curl because the curler will only accept so much hair at a time. Meaning, it's hard to create some depth/ movement in the types of curls you want. It was also a tad annoying where the buttons are placed as you naturally grip there but you do get used to it and adjust accordingly. I really love that it's not hot to touch and you can rest it on your bench without fear of it burning anything. It's also really great that when your hair hasn't been sucked in correctly, it doesn't rip it out (a big fear lol) but it just stops and you just slide your lock out. Simple!

This curler is perfect! I find them so much easier to use than traditional curling wands or ghd straighteners. I had a different brand for a number of years but it finally broke and this one is so much lighter and more user-friendly. I have long, thick hair and it only takes me about 15 minutes and the curl s last for days. Love it!

So I received the VS Curl Secret as a gift, and I wasn't sure if I'd like it or not. I'm not the best at curling my hair without burning myself (especially at the back of my head), and thankfully this took that concern away! If you're still stuck, a few gentle tugs will release.I've never had my hair tangle when I take my time with it and dont rush :)Now I finally get the results from the effort I put in.love, love, LOVE this!
I bought this for curling my hair for those in-between styling days after reading the reviews. I must say it does a great job. Easy to use once you get the hang of it, and the curls last.I only gave it 4 stars due to the position of the buttons, because on a few occasions i turned the machine off mid curl. This could be my fault also by how I hold it too.All in all a great unit

I love this product! I use to have one of the old ones but gave it to a friends daughter when I bought a GHD curler. This is a much better experience than a GHD curler hence why I've gone back to this product. It's so easy and simple to use, takes a quarter of the time to curl my hair, doesn't burn & the curls last much longer. Also love that it now gives you the option as to what kind of curls you'd like.
This curler is extremely easy to use. It bought it for my daughter whose hair is the type thats extremely reluctant to curl. Its fine and dead straight. Id have given this 5 stars except the curls came out in less than an hour (with product and hair spray) but it may well last well in other peoples hair. The actual machine is a dream to use. Heats quickly and curls are lovely.
Got this for my birthday a few days ago, went to use it 2 hours before my party and my hair got stuck, it was in a rite knot and the only way to sort it was to cut my hair. Luckily it was under all my other hair but is very noticeable when I wear it up. Was not happy that this happened at all. However Harvey Norman Ashburton were great about it and gave me my money back straight away with no hesitation.
