i will never use the 2nd speed setting because it's way too strong. it's like a tornado in your face. Apart from that I don't see anything else wrong with this model of hairdryer. good colours, design, doesn't seem to heat up, good price, good ergonomic handle. functional in every other way!

The heat difference between setting two and three is non-existent. It’s exactly the same heat. Setting two is supposed to be a more bearable heat, but it is just as hot as setting three. I’m quite disappointed. I had my previous hairdryer for over 10 years and never had this issue. Now this one’s brand new and already I have issues. Not impressed.

I ordinarily buy VS Sassoon hair dryers but was disappointed with this purchase because of one main feature. Good unit with one exception. The handle shank needs to be longer as the buttons are positioned where you hold and consequently your fingers often interfere with the controls. Obviously designed by somebody who never blow drys their hair.
