Absolute trash!! The monitor takes forever to connect, the battery last 10 minutes after only 4 months so has to be used connected to power source. Pictures quality is trash. The two way talk feature doesn’t work. Completely inaudible. I use the app to watch on my phone which has higher resolution and zoom ability but if I knew I would always have to tie up my phone to watch the baby, I would have made a different purchase. And the system isn’t upgradable because you can’t buy the cameras separately so be sure you get as many cameras as you think you may need in the future because its a one shot deal. Would NOT recommend and would never buy again.

They seem to be rushed to market and there is a clear issue as multiple reviews state the same problem.

This baby monitor was great until a software update was pushed through this week removing the auto wake up feature. My baby is a noisy sleeper, so the auto wake feature was crucial, meaning that I could still get some sleep while the camera and speaker came back on should my baby make a louder noise/cry. Perfect. Now this feature has been removed the speaker stays on all the time, meaning I can't sleep anymore as every small grunt/chattery noise my baby makes is played through the speaker on my bedside table, even with volume on lowest setting. We tried to contact v-tech to see if this was an error in the software update but their customer services responses, while timely, are useless. You manually tilt it up and down, and that's about it. For this price, you can find many better units out there, that have a much more stable connection and a motorized panning camera as well. I can't speak to the wi-fi aspsects of this baby monitor as I have not bothered to connect it, because unfortunately this unit is going back to Target, as there are too many usablity issues for me.
