Excellent value for money for the home gym. The addition of the weights storage makes loading the bar for squats and bench a breeze. The cable system exponentially increases the number of exercises possible.

Assembly was somewhat easy. Instructions are basic and provide just enough information to work out how to build it. Steel feels strong and structure feels secure. Spotter arms are solid and something I would trust when pushing in weight
