First and most annoying - handle has no magnets and fits pretty loose so jumps out sometimes while grinding. Second - silicon cover slides out while grinding. Third - adjustment step (33mk) is pretty huge for turkish coffee and espresso.May be my humble opinion will be useful for someone.

The Exagrind works perfectly with the Picoespresso. We recently moved overseas and I have had to use many different beans while trying to source good green coffee. {My espresso machine and big grinder is on a trailer somewhere in Europe :-(}With minor adjustments, the Exagrind steps up and I end up with a wonderful coffee. Easily withstands daily use.

The Exagrind grinder is excellent, not simply for traveling but for home usage as well. The grind-level steps are intuitive and easy to reach; the overall build is very stable and firm; and the reversible arm is ingenious. I expect to enjoy using it for years to come.

I was using a discount, ceramic burr hand-grinder for years thinking it was decent. I picked up the exagrind and my entire world has changed. I can grind 18g of coffee at the perfect setting for my picopresso in less than 60 seconds! It's incredible. It's so much more smooth and consistent as well. Thanks Wacaco for a great little travel and office grinder.
So far I‘ve always brought along ground espresso beans from home on my travels. But I always wanted to switch onto a small manual grinder though for this purpose. It was worth the wait for the Exagrind to come out, as it is the perfect balance of value for money. It gives you the same the high-quality feeling as the Picopresso. The manual gives you the correct settings for all the wacaco coffee makers. The first espresso shot with the Exagrind ground coffee came perfect out of the Picopresso like in an ad. Can absolutely recommend it!
Better grinder than my Hario. Grinding espresso courseness can never get any better than this. The aluminium body gives a premium feel. Takes about 2-3 minute to grind 18g compared to 7-10mins on Hario. The only thing that ticks me off is the silicone cover/grip (whatever it is called) doesn't stick on the body. It keeps on moving upwards when grinding. Not sure if other face same issue with mine.
(I bought this with my own money) This is an amazing grinder. I want to praise the support team who is fantastic. The grinder is easy to use, and the juggested presets are very accurate. If you are looking for the perfect grinder for your PICOPRESSO, this is it. I won't get technical here, because i know the internet will, and is going to fall in love with this grinder. Great job WACACO.
I bought this for my husband's 50th birthday celebration in Hawaii. It's compact and once he worked out a few kinks (measurement/ grind ratio) he was over the moon! Great product. Highly recommend. We are picky coffee drinkers and this creates a little cup of heaven every time. :)
Whilst I might not be the most experienced coffee grinder out there, I can say that from a novice perspective, this grinder is awesome. I experimented a bit with the settings and once I got the grind right, this thing is amazing. Perfect for camping or portable use and allows me to buy different beans on the go and support local roasters.
Next month, I'll have logged 3 years on my Nanopresso (I simply couldn't have survived through the pandemic without it) and I just bought a Exagrind to replace a cheap motorized grinder that gave up the ghost after just a few months of use. I've also used inexpensive hand grinders before and was frustrated that they never quite ground fine enough for espresso and would change grind the setting just by using it.The Exagrind lets me dial in the exact granularity I need for the Nanopresso and it stays there. It's a beautifully machined piece of industrial engineering and I know I'll be using it for many years. Wacaco didn't have it in stock in their US warehouse when I ordered, so they had to ship directly from China. It was worth the wait. OK . . . time to buy a ...
