There is an art and method to it, which is pretty easily and quickly learned, but I give it an easy 5 stars for both quality of the unit, and quality of coffee it produces. Seriously - if you know what you are doing, have a good bean and a good grind, it will make a better coffee than pretty much any expensive espresso machine at home! The Barista kit is a must. It's compressed and hard, which shows you the pressure this little wonder has. LOVE IT!Make sure you use a quality bean that is ground the same as you would grind for an espresso machine. Freshly roasted really helps. Since I received this plus the Nespresso Adapter, Barista Kit & Large protective pouch. I have used it multiple times. Camping, at dog shows, at work it works a charm , best accessory I’ve purchased. I definitely recommend putting hot water through first before you put your coffee through or you may end up a with a cooler cup. Paired with a jetboil stove you have quick portable coffee without the need for electricity or big bulky machines.

Small, lightweight, easy to use and makes a darn good coffee! The Pod Adapter is handy, but if you want a really great coffee, stick with a grind. I think this actually pulls a better shot than my machine at home. Grab a $3 battery milk whisk and you will be sipping Lattes with the Lizards and Cappuccinos with the Koalas. (This is where you expected me to slip in a Bad Dad Joke about drinking Long Blacks with the Red Bellies, but that would be silly... Snakes don't drink coffee, der!)
