Wacom Intuos Bluetooth Small -Black

I used to have a Wacom Intuos Pro which I had for 7 years until it died on me recently. I had to buy an emergency tablet and thought this would be a good placeholder for now. Its cute, its compact, portable (works wireless) and its affordable. The pressure sensor on this tablet isnt very good, the drawing space is a little bit small for me and the pen is thin, light and only works one way. You cannot use better pens on this tablet because there arent any settings to connect other pens to it. Its a huge downgrade from my old tablet but its okay for its price.

I was looking for a cheaper version of Wacom but, to my surprise, they don't sell the Bamboo version anymore. However, compared to the bamboo, this is by far the best when it comes to pen pressure and the free software it offers especially the Clip Studio Paint. The only gripe about this tablet is that it's too small. It would be better to go for medium ones and, for some reason, there's a lot of interference when using the bluetooth instead of wired. However, this is not a deal breaker for me since it has the features of Intuos people all love but in an affordable version.

I bought this to take digital notes for engineering at uni. It's now been a few weeks and I'm used to it now, and find it useful. My main machine for this is a Dell XPS 13 new in 2019, running Win11, I also have a gaming desktop running Win11 built in 2022. However, a serious flaw when using OneNote threatens to turn this review into an 'avoid' recommendation. Latest drivers as of Feb 2023, latest version of OneNote via subscription. Pros: Pad surface is good, nice to write on Pen is comfortable enough, once I got used to it. Buttons are ok to use. Bluetooth is good, connects fast. Scroll works reasonably consistently, but pan doesn't. There are intermittent spurts, when pan kicks in and the screen flies away on some direction randomly. Google it, there are other complaints out there. Regardless, this is a MAJOR p.i.t.a. when using it with a desktop, which doesn't have a laptop's touch-pad to take over the panning, scrolling and zooming the screen. This maneuverability is essential when handwriting notes on a compact writing tablet. So, if you want something for a desktop to use with OneNote, get something much bigger so you can zoom/pan/scroll less. With a laptop, I have adapted to use this bug, and don't forsee any problems after a few weeks getting used to it. OneNote is basically the best/only option for good note taking functionality in Windows, so this is a big decision point. Cost: Bluetooth is convenient, but not sure if it's worth the added premium I paid. Meh Recommendation: The problems with OneNote make this overpriced in my opinion. I'd possibly get it again, as it's nice to write with... but would consider the non-bluetooth option first.

I bought it because I can't afford an Ipad and wanted a way to take digital notes for university next Year. It is a very worth while substitute considering its relatively low price. Slightly outdated in terms of quality as the model is a few years old - the buttons feel very clicky and kind of cheap and the pen is very light and plasticy, but still decent quality and great performance for its price

Good price for an entry-level tablet for a first timer (like myself!) Pretty easy to setup, and I later bought a bluetooth dongle to use it wirelessly to not have the charging cable in the way all the time. Using it wirelessly has only a tiny bit of noticeably lag. The battery last a long time, I haven't had to charge it for weeks. The nibs do wear down quite fast if you use heavy pressure often, as many reviews online have noted, but you get 3 spares and replacements aren't expensive. The software included with it didn't seem particularly great to me, and Clip Studio just straight up didn't work properly. It works perfectly with Photoshop though. The product is exactly what I needed. Easy to install and great to have the bonus redeemable softwares included in it. I use it as a mouse too which is perfect so I don't have to switch to other devices while I'm editing on Photoshop or just browsing the web. The only issue I've got when using it as a mouse is the scrolling feature. I can change it in the settings but it isn't as easy to use. It doesn't affect the star rating - I probably just have to pick the right settings and get used to it.

Fantastic entry-level compact bluetooth tablet

The tablet is on the smaller side which makes it very portable, if that's what you're after. The stylus feels just like a pencil in your hand and has great sensitivity. Setup was a breeze - just downloaded the drivers and it was good to go. The included software downloads are worthwhile additions. Admittedly, I didn't purchase it as an artist, but as a teacher to use for online lessons. It's a great tool, even for a complete newbie, and I'm finding lots of different uses for the tablet.

The one I bought had a LOT of updates to download and install. It took a LONG time. Re the free software. She choose the comic/manga, and Corel edit. A screen appears after choosing the comic and prompts for the tablet serial number. Enter that and download and installation starts immediately. For the other download that doesn’t work. You need to choose the other option which is “I don’t know the serial number”. Do that and the download and installation will proceed as normal. All in all ... MoreBought as a gift for eldest child. Great first tablet

This product is an amazing stepping stone into digital art. If you want to try out digital art without spending a fortune, then I could not recommend this product enough. It is extremely good value for money. The hand-eye coordination aspect of these types of drawing tablets was my biggest concern starting out, however, within minutes I had picked it up quite easily. The drawing space is also not an issue despite it being a small model. It is quite easy to adapt to. Setting up the product is no sweat and you can begin using it pretty much straight away. Another benefit with this model is it comes with two software packages. They are quick and simple to set up and have up and running. This packs a bigger punch than I'd expected! I thought I might find it too small and that I'd miss having the buttons down the side, but that hasn't proven itself to be the case so far. I love the pink colour, and it's awesome having the option to go wireless with Bluetooth. The 4 buttons along the top can be mapped to bring up little floating option panels, instead of just 1 function per button - you can adjust the size of the clickable panel area, which means navigating around a document and switching brush sizes and settings is a breeze. I even found myself getting lazier and not wanting to press them while I was working - but that's not a problem either, since you can map the pen buttons to bring up the same panels! If you're mulling over getting a small or a medium, I can tell you honestly the small isn't bad at all. (I did find myself running out of space a few times - the pen/tablet features a "snap to corner" function for when this happens, it might just be a case of learning to avoid that.)
