The tips on my last four Wacom pens have all felt a bit sloppy resulting with unwanted moving of files on my 4K monitor. This latest Pro Pen 2 version does much less of that and seems more precise when selecting files on screen.

My kids destroyed my original pen that came with my Wacom. I had to purchase this one. Now I know why photoshop was hanging up on layers and basically anything I touched. Problem solved. Back to work.

My wife accidentally tossed my original Pro Pen 2 into the wash and while it was usable after drying out, much of the pressure sensitivity was gone. I had been getting by with the original Pro Pen since Wacom has been sold out of the Pro Pen 2 since introducing it, but you quickly miss 8k levels of pressure sensitivity, so being able to pick this up was a life saver.

There comes a time perhaps when a Wacom pen stops working. I had my old pen for several years so I'm not complaining. I use the Wacom pro tablet & pen for photo editing & love it. It's nice that this pen comes with a case & extra nibs.
I've got a handful of the latest wacom tablets in my studio, and so far 2 pens have cracked, making it so the nibs (which wear down particularly quick, btw) can't sit correctly. I've written to Wacom and have not gotten a response. I'm super thankful the previous version of the pen works with the latest tablets.
It is extremely sensitive. I need to learn how to control it better.
I've had two of these pens now and unfortunately both have broken on me. The plastic tip which holds the nib in place has literally broken apart whist using. The new nibs on these pens are much thinner than the previous Wacom pens and this results in too much flex inside the barrel of the pen which cases the plastic around it to crack and fall apart. The new thinner nibs are also very bad quality and wear out very quickly. I've been using Wacom products for over 20 years and the latest pens and are definitely the worst I've ever used.
Works how it should
I bought this so I could have the felt tip nib immediately available.
But the one it replaced worked too. It was replaced because the silicone around the bottom half of the pen got sticky over time. I suspect the same will happen with this one as it ages.
