Although this goat's horn was quite thick, I thought it would be longer & go all the way to a point, as in the picture. Seems like it has been cut in half. It also has a very strong smell! Despite this, my dog loves chewing on it and it's extremely long lasting.

My 2 dogs absolutely demolish any and every chew toy they get their paws on. In the past I’ve relied on deer antlers to provide a longer lasting distraction but thought I’d try a goat horn as well this order. After handing out antlers, I placed the goat horn on the floor to see if there was any interest. Antler were soon forgotten in favour if this. This goat horn has been the coveted toy for the past two weeks. I’ve watched they dogs chew on this for an hour or more at a time! It’s incredible how much they love this thing. With all that enjoyment, it’s basically down to a tiny stump now so even the most enthusiastic chewer should get two weeks out of this. The only down side is it stinks a bit but nothing too unbearable. Definitely recommend!

The small was the right size for our 5month toy poodle. He loves to chew things and this keeps him busy for a long time. We give it to him when we need him busy or to keep him occupied while we do things. And we take it away so that he can keep interest in it for next time. He has had it for hours now, all in all and only has a few teeth scratch marks in the horn, so will last a long time.
