Absolute rubbish, first set turned to crap after 3-4 months, returned and replaced under warranty, second set lasted 6-8 weeks, replaced again under warranty except this time around I was given a lower spec "value pack" needless to say, this set has turned to crap too.... Shop assistant agrees that I have not abused the unit and made mention that there "seems to be a bad batch" Hmmmmm - I've now given up and will be purchasing something else from another retailer.....

Great Shaver however the clip-on adjustable comb really pinches on hair and makes the experience horrible. I have never had this with standard clip-on combs that are a set size.I hope I'm able to get a replacement set size comb kit that will be able to be used with this.

Bought this, used it once, unfortunately underpowered and offered poor value for money. Took it back and swapped it for the top of the range trimmer - worth every dollar spent

Lowest setting isn’t short enough for a close beard. Won’t cut hair. Don’t buy.
It works really well, this is a replacement for the same model which lasted well over 10 years and only stopped working because it was dropped. Easy call to replace with the same model.
Absolute garbage. Blades continue to cut face, plastic piece of garbage. Do not buy this product.
Have purchased this for my husband at Christmas have already had 2 broken in less than a month. Really disappointing given the price. Also have never had previous issues with wahl so was an even bigger let down.Will be requesting a refund.
I bought this rubbish as the staff person recommended it to me. Don't do the same mistake I did, this brand is rubbish.
Less than 5 months in and it’s struggling. Out of the box one of the adjustable clippers just didn’t attach properly. The actual blade itself comes off mid shave all the time with the guard. I can’t find the other adjustable guard so it’s useless and doesn’t look like Shavershop sells them either. Really regret buying this at such a steep price when Kmart sells one that does the job for a fraction.
Just as my trimmer got to the end of its warranty period the plastic cover on the on/off switch fell apart. Because it was one week out of warranty they told me they couldn’t help me. I will never by a Whal product again.
