Expensive and clunky.I used it a couple of times over 6 months but found it difficult to hold and the button was too stiff to depress comfortably for an extended time.

It is extremely hard to keep the trigger pressed downAnd the lock mechanism for the trigger does not function correctly.

Got this yesterday for my St Bernard- the massage nibs were excellent at loosening and removing undercoat and foamed up the shampoo, so used lots less on my big dog. The water on/off switch worked well too. Use with Wahl shedding shampoo. '

'Very poor button to far forward and very difficult to turn on and off with one hand which is very . Shampoo does not dispense nicely and water pressure also poor and difficult to adjust temperature'
I bought this because I really liked the sound of the shampoo dispenser but when I used it was quite disappointed. I like the pressure of the shower head and the massager on it but when trying to dispense the shampoo hardly anything came out and I had to keep checking to see if it was actually working. It didn't come with any instructions except some writing on the side of the box. It's definitely not worth the $50+ price tag.'
