Fantastic the greatest tent ever in the world

Tent pegs are weak and big storm windy winds blew my home away and it went into the sea to deep and was gone. I lost all my worldly possessions, including my favourite bag of weed and pipe.

Good value

5 stars for value of the product during first use. You'll fit no more than 2 people in this tent with little to no space for belongings. Good for one person if you need to have a stretch or sleep in a QWOP position without disturbing someone. The pegs can easily be bent if not inserted to the ground properly and the rods also if someone stumbles on the tent. For the price I paid, I was happy with the results.I don't recommend this product however during wet season, the top, even with the provided cover would easily let water in. Good for cheap, easy and quick set up for camping on a budget where luxury against the elements isn't a necessity.

Great for the money

At $59 you get a simple tent, no inner. It really only sleeps a single teenager - two at a ridiculous squeeze, but it's very functional. Remember to ensure the top fly vent is securely fastened on each corner to stop rain entering. Ours had the recent biblical rain event at Port Hughes and it fared beautifully. Pegs are crap though, get some much stronger.

Great product
18 December 2022

This is a great individual tent! It fits my swag perfectly with room down the side for a small bag. The door on the side is a favourite feature and makes it easy to get in and out of. It also means you can close the privacy screen to what ever height you like to increase/decrease your air flow through the mesh door. The tiny fly works perfectly and it has passed the rain test with flying colours.

It leaks in light rain
24 January 2023

Doesn’t have a fly . And when it rained 5mm overnight, water came thru on sides of tent. Not at all fit for purpose. Should be sold as a sunshade only as it is not at all weather proof. Why does BCF stick this product and why does wanderer even sell it

Not bad, but not too good
16 February 2022

Not bad for the price. I had issues with condensation, thick condensation, so much so that I would prefer to invest in a better tent with a separate fly to increase ventilation. The top flap is fairly poor, wind could easily let water in. Fairly durable tent. 100% a one person tent. Will still use for casual use but not an ideal camping and hiking tent.Do not buy if 6ft or just over.

Snug as a bug in a rug
12 November 2021

As a very inexperienced camper, I wandered into your fantastic store in Keysborough. I needed a tent! , And boy oh boy did I find just the right one. They say you get what you pay for but not for the Jack and Jill tent by wanderer. At just $50 I was pleasantly surprised at this absolute quality product. Camping in the high country, I was up against the elements, cyclonic wind and rain, you'd think with a $50 tent I'd be blown into the Bass strait, but no, the jack and Jill tent had me cozy, safe and content. Thankyou wanderer for making my camping weekend what it was. I look forward to sleeping in my very safe, great quality merchandise the next time I venture out.

Good sized tent, quick set/pack up. Well priced. Would be better with a fly for waterproofing and light reduction. Overall happy with our purchase though.

good for day use - do not sleep in this tent!
29 June 2021

Unless you are after a sun tent - do not waste your money on these. Easy to set up, compact, and easy to pull down. But no protection if you are sleeping in it. We had moisture seep through the walls, no weather proofing - beds were all saturated the next day. Very thin material, so no protection from light, rain, wind

tiny and narrow tent

Tiny. big enough for 1 person. legs and head touching sides of the tent. held up well to light to medium rain. better suited for summer camping. had to chuck it after one use but it saved me the cost of a hotel during peak season.
